Can we collect?
Yes. Our retail store is situtated at G6A, 44 Stanley Avenue, Braamfontein Werf, JHB.
Can we order in the retail store?
Yes. Select a garment from our stock and we will print it within 30 minitues.
Can we supply Garments?
No. Due to our automated service and fast turnaround we hold all stock on hand to ensure a smooth process. We use locally manufactured garments. These are made from 160gms single jersey ring spun cotton to ensure the best possible longevity and print surface. .
Can we ship nationally?
Yes, we ship through out RSA.

What happens if my order is incorrect?
In the rare instance that there is an error with your order please email all the info and any supporting document to online@initapparel.co.za – We will arrange to get this rectified in the quickest possible time.
What type of printing do we offer?
We offer high end DTG (Direct To Garment) printing, using top of the range equipment and software.
What is the best artwork to upload?
Ideally a RGB file, 300DPI, saved as a PNG with transparent background will have the best outcome.
We can not print copy writen or trade marked artwork.
